The design process takes about three to four weeks. Jonathan starts with a 2D conceptual sketch after your consultation, which typically takes around three weeks to complete. Once you’re happy with every detail, we create a 3D rendering so you can actually see what your space will look like. Some people think that’s overkill. We think it’s the only honest way to do this work. You shouldn’t have to guess what you’re paying for.

We use the same advanced software and design techniques as the big architecture firms, but we’re still small enough to care about the details they miss. Things like how the morning sun hits your patio in July, or where snow tends to pile up in your driveway during winter.

The pricing is straightforward. Design starts at $1,200, and anything beyond that depends on what you actually want. If you want a full 3D rendering of your entire outdoor space, that’s an additional cost, and we’ll tell you exactly what it is upfront. After our initial visit to your property, you’ll get an accurate quote that breaks everything down.

Jonathan and his wife, Flavia, are your only points of contact throughout the project. You’ll get daily updates and progress photos because we know you’re thinking about this even when we’re not standing in your yard. We show up when we say we will, we finish when we say we will, and if something changes, you’ll know about it immediately.
