A Recent Denver Metro Design-Build Project
A homeowner on Perry Street in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood came to us with a familiar Colorado problem: a traditional lawn that demanded constant water, time, and money.
We designed a solution we call a Boutique Lawn.
Rather than removing all the grass, we kept a smaller, purposeful lawn area and surrounded it with layered drought-tolerant perennials, ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs, and a dry creek bed that manages runoff while adding natural texture throughout the yard.
The entire 600-square-foot front yard was transformed in just 5 days.
